Platform use

TeleSub provides software for creators to run paid digital memberships and online communities through Telegram. Creators manage their own content and communities.

Creator responsibility

Creators are solely responsible for the content they publish, the claims they make, and the communities they operate. Creators must comply with applicable law, platform rules, and payment network requirements.

Prohibited content

Illegal content, fraud, intellectual property infringement, non-consensual material, and any content that violates Stripe or Telegram policies is prohibited.

Refund policy

Refund requests are reviewed according to the creator offer, subscription status, and applicable consumer protection law. Subscription cancellations stop future billing but do not automatically refund prior charges unless required by law or approved by support.

Subscription fulfilment and cancellation

Digital membership access begins after successful payment verification and delivery of the Telegram invite link or unlock flow. If a subscriber cancels, access usually continues until the end of the paid billing period unless the purchase is refunded, disputed, or removed for policy reasons.

TeleSub sells digital access only. No physical goods are shipped, and no shipping or return process applies to standard digital memberships delivered through the platform.

Payments and payouts

TeleSub uses Stripe Checkout and Stripe Connect to process payments for digital memberships and online communities. The platform takes a service fee from creator earnings, and creators receive payouts through their connected Stripe account.

Enforcement

TeleSub may suspend creators, reject transactions, remove access, or disable communities that violate law, payment network rules, Telegram policies, or these terms.
